Service bulletin P4213B

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

Nissan recently learned that a bolt that is removed (and reused) in the campaign procedure can be stripped if using a power tool, rendering it unusable. This has created a flow of dealer orders and a backorder situation for part 13094-EN200.

Vehicles should be moved every 30 days, in one direction only, enough to rotate the tires 90° (see Figure 1). Moving vehicles as shown will prevent tire Flat Spotting. See this bulletin for further detail.
