Door Control Module Window Inoperative This bulletin involves replacing one or both of the front door modules. The technician may find that one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) have been set:B18BA-12 - Window Control - Circuit Short to Battery B18BA-13 - Window Control - Circuit Open In addition the customer may notice one or more of the following:Driver and/or passenger windows stop working. If window switch is held in the up position for two seconds the obstructionauto-down function, may not work. Windows may go up slower than expected.

If you have part numbers; 68507366, 68483780, 68384226 or 68384225, these parts do not utilize a replaceable gel pad, only replace the sensor for a missing or damaged gel pad. For part numbers 68298334, 68298468, 68607452 or 68194700 the gel pad should be replaced during all windshield replacements and can be ordered through MOPAR, complete sensor replacement is not necessary.
