There is a possibility that the vacuum line on the change-over valve for the sound symposer can slip off on the affected vehicles due to relative movements of the engine. As a result, there is no guarantee that the sound symposer and other vacuum-controlled actuators on the engine will function correctly. This causes the warning message "Fault cooling system" to be displayed in the instrument cluster.

There is the possibility that the relay for setting 1 of the engine-compartment blower is not inserted correctly in the relay carrier on the affected vehicles. If the relay is not inserted correctly, the function of setting 1 of the engine-compartment blower cannot be guaranteed and the driver will see a warning to this effect in the multi-function display. To remedy the situation, check that the engine-compartment blower relay is seated correctly in the relay carrier.
