Service bulletin SSM 49087
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Some 2020 Escape/Corsair vehicles equipped with a roof opening panel may exhibit a flutter, drone, hum, and/or vibration noise while driving. This may be due to an incorrectly adjusted roof opening panel. Components should not be replaced for this condition. Adjust the roof opening panel so that the front edge of the sliding glass panel is contacting the margin seal. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-17. After adjustment perform a power roof opening panel initialization. Refer to WSM, Section 501-17.
