NHTSA's summary
Service Bulletin for M2 Surge Tank Shunt Line Clamp Replacement. On some vehicles, the shunt line coolant hose is disconnecting from the surge tank and replacing the constant tension clamp with a Breeze® brand clamp resolves the issue.
