Service bulletin 123714
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Service Engine Soon Light (MIL) On with Oxygen Sensor Faults Stored. The Service Engine Soon light comes on while driving and, in some cases, engine power output may be reduced. The following fault codes can be stored in the DME memory: ? 12A902 - Oxygen sensor after catalytic convertor, electrical: short circuit to ground ? 12AA02 - Oxygen sensor after catalytic convertor 2, electrical: short circuit to ground ? 12B302 - Oxygen sensor after catalytic convertor, activation: short circuit to ground ? 12B304 - Oxygen sensor after catalytic convertor, activation: line disconnection ? 12AB04 - Oxygen sensor after catalytic convertor, electrical: line disconnection ? 12AC04 - Oxygen sensor after catalytic convertor 2, electrical: line disconnection ? 12A701- Oxygen sensor after catalytic convertor, activation: short circuit to B+ Under certain conditions, moisture can enter the internal insulation layers of the oxygen sensor. If the sensor's heating activation occurs too early, the internal pressure can damage the sensor elements, leading to the faults being set.

| B610520 | 2020-04-20. Service bulletin. CCM DISPLAYED "INCREASED BATTERY DRAIN" CAUSED BY CONTROLLER: This Service Information Bulletin (Revision 1) replaces SI B61 05 20 dated February 2020. Electrostatic discharge at standstill / start engine. Energy management" The results of the Energy Diagnosis test plan identifies the Controller as the root cause of the CCM. The Controller delays the vehicle going to sleep by up to 6 minutes. In some cases this will cause the CCM 415 to be displayed when starting the vehicle. Replacing the Controller in this case will not correct this situation. |

| B122216 | 2019-01-07. Service bulletin. WATER INJECTION SYSTEM WATER LEVEL TOO LOW. Check Control (CC) Message Water level too low, engine performance only available to a limited degree is displayed. A fault may be stored in the DME control unit: 0x124015 - Water injection system, working area: Pressure too low 0x124013 - Water injection system, reversible flow valve, plausibility: No pressure reduction. Corrosion in the water injection valve block. |
| B512514 | 2018-12-17. Service bulletin. "Service Action: Replace Engine Compartment Sound Insulation. The sound insulation in the engine compartment does not seal properly. Manufacturing tolerances and a defect in workmanship may cause the sound insulation to leak water into the DME wiring connector. AFFECTED VEHICLES This Service Action involves F80 and F82 vehicles produced from March 18, 2014 to May 20, 2014. First check if a Service Action label with a code number 698 is already attached to the B-pillar. If a code number 698 has been punched out, the Service Action has already been performed and no further action is necessary. Vehicles which require this Service Action to be completed will show it as ""Open"" when checked either in the ""Service Menu"" of DCSnet (Dealer Communication System) or with the Key Reader." |

| B640613 | 2018-11-13. Service bulletin. A/C Cooling: Intermittent Reduction of Air Flow. Customer may complain of reduced air flow when the air conditioning system is operated for an extended time, usually longer than 30 minutes. INFORMATION Possibility of reproducing this situation is improved by the following conditions ? High outside ambient temperature ? High humidity Note: It is very difficult to duplicate this issue. The fault may be reproduced under the following conditions: ? Air-conditioning system switched on ? Driving Experience switch NOT set to Eco Pro ? Slower fan speeds ? Temperature setting below 68°F (20°C) ? Trip duration at least 30 minutes ? Outside temperature above 68°F (20°C) NOTE: After parking the vehicle or switching off the air-conditioning system for at least 20 minutes, the symptom disappears (ice melts off evaporator and puddles under the car from the A/C drains.). Evaporator starts to freeze up due to the position of the evaporator temperature sensor. |
| B160515 | 2018-11-05. Service bulletin. "FC 481B05: EKP, Pump Insufficient Speed. The customer may complain about any of the following: ? Reduced engine performance when driving ? Engine jerking/bucking ? Engine no-start condition The Check Control messages ""Fuel pump/drive with care"" and ""Engine fault/reduced power"" are displayed in the CC. The fault code 481B05 (Pump speed/fuel pump control insufficient) is stored in the EKP module. CAUSE Electric fuel pump control module (EKP)" |
