Service bulletin B320514
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
"Steering Wheel Does Not Return to Center. INFORMATION Do not replace any parts for this complaint. The return behavior is inherent in the design of the EPS. An EPS ""break in"" period of approximately 2000 miles is required. Once this phase is completed, the level of friction is significantly reduced and no longer affects the return to center. Please use this information to educate the customer on the ""break in"" period of the EPS. WARRANTY INFORMATION Not applicable."
