B3205142018-11-13. Service bulletin. "Steering Wheel Does Not Return to Center. INFORMATION Do not replace any parts for this complaint. The return behavior is inherent in the design of the EPS. An EPS ""break in"" period of approximately 2000 miles is required. Once this phase is completed, the level of friction is significantly reduced and no longer affects the return to center. Please use this information to educate the customer on the ""break in"" period of the EPS. WARRANTY INFORMATION Not applicable."

B6119152018-11-05. Service bulletin. Grating or Scraping Noise When Turning Steering Wheel. There is a grating or scraping noise when the steering wheel is turned. The noise comes from the steering column switch cluster (SZL), coil spring or steering wheel. CAUSE When the steering wheel is turned, the connection between the steering wheel and the steering column switch cluster causes torsional stress, which creates a noise in the coil spring cassette.
