Service bulletin 07-004-18-3461a

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

Some vehicles may experience that the A/C does not blow cold air (blows warm air) due to a refrigerant leak. This is caused by a crack in the cooler pipe (HI) A (1) due to engine vibration. To correct this issue, the material and thickness of the cooler pipe (HI) A has been changed to increase durability.
