NHTSA's summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that when the dome lamps are off, if the brake pedal is applied or turn signal is operated, the dome lamp will flash on and off. Dealer will need to replace both front overhead console lamps with GM Part Number 23104411.
