Service bulletin 17NA261
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
This informational bulletin provides information that you cannot have an accessory grille installed at the same time as the aux cooler because this may cause the vehicle to overheat due to the grille not allowing air to pass to cool the engine.

| 20NA166 | 2022-05-31. Service bulletin. This informational bulletin advises the technician of possible coolant entering the areas of the engine, either through failed parts or defects in the castings, that may be the cause of the concerns related to the MIL or the engine running rough. |

| PIP5684B | 2020-08-10. Service bulletin. This Preliminary information communicates the use of air leak diagnostic test tool CH-52250 in addition to the information found in the service manual. |
| 19NA104 | 2019-07-29. Service bulletin. This informational bulletin provides information for dealers/technicians and customers on steam/vapor coming from the front grille or radiator area. |
| PIE0385B | 2018-05-21. Service bulletin. This engineering information bulletin ends the need for information from the field on vehicles that have the concern of a noisy water pump. |
| PIC6160 | 2017-08-15. Service bulletin. This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician with the step to diagnose and repair vehicle that may have an engine cooling fan that is inoperative with Diagnostic Trouble Code P0480 of P0691. Dealer will need to inspect forward lamp harness water intrusion and replace the damaged harness and components. |
| PIC6160C | 2017-08-15. Service bulletin. This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician on the steps to diagnose and repair vehicles were the engine cooling fan intermittently stops working. This concern may be caused by water intrusion into the forward lamp harness. If the wiring harness is stretched, or side loaded, where the cooling fan module connector plugs in, this may allow water to wick down the harness, past the weather pack seals, and into the connector itself. Technician will first need to inspect the forward lamp wiring harness to cooling fan module connector for the presence of moisture and/or corrosion. If either is found, the fan control module and the forward lamp harness will both need to be replaced. If no water or corrosion is found after inspecting this connection, refer to Service Information continue with regular diagnosis. If components are replaced the technician will gain access to G101 and G102. With access to both to both G101 and G102 remove any corrosion that is found on either ground. When the grounds are clean and free of corrosion, apply about a half inch length of butyl tape around the wire connection to the ground screw. Once this has been done, cut two patches of butyl, about 2.5 inch square, and apply over the ground screw on both chassis grounds. |
| PIC6160B | 2017-08-15. |
| PIC6160A | 2017-03-17. |
| PIC6160 | 2016-07-07. Service bulletin. Some customers may comment that the engine cooling fan intermittently stops working. As this condition worsens, it may be found that the Check Engine Lamp (CEL) has turned on, the engine cooling fan stops operating all together and/or a P0480 DTC may be set. If the customer would continue driving with an inoperative cooling fan, the engine can overheat causing severe engine component damage. |
