Service bulletin GCUS-3-894
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
17145 - Service Update. Certain vehicles equipped with a 1.5L engine (RPO LYX), may have a misrouted power brake booster vacuum pipe that could abrade due to the contact with the power transfer unit (PTU) vent hose over time. Dealers are to inspect the PTU vent hose, and if necessary, re-route as required.
