A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

Shifter & PRNDL For 2016 WK ONLY; If vehicle DTC Code U114C-00 (Loss of Communication with PRNDL Display) is verified as either stored or active please contact Aaron Barnes in FCA Chassis Engineering at cell (269) 420-1969.~ For S28 repair TECHtip see NOTE 2 below. Note 1: This code can be generated by disconnecting the PRNDL from Shifter while battery is connected. NOTE 2: If battery is NOT disconnected while servicing Shifter 04670682A$: PRNDL power from Shifter will be deactivated after 3 seconds of being disconnected from Shifter. Power to Shifter will have to be removed for approx.. 20 seconds after PRNDL is connected to reset power to PRNDL from the Shifter. Power can be reset by removing battery power or disconnecting the shifter main connector. This is due to a safety feature built into the Shifter that will cut power to the PRNDL if a communication error is observed between the Shifter and PRNDL. Please return parts back to FCA Engineering if PRNDL is deemed non-functional after performing this TECHtip.

90037042023-01-09. Service bulletin. Transmission Oil Pan, Heater (TMU), Tube or O-ring Applies to vehicles equipped with 8 speed transmissions only; if you have a leak that appears to be at the pan the use of proper leak detection is recommended. The fluid in the 8 speeds can be detected with a black light and there are aftermarket spray on leak detection materials to help ensure that the leak is properly diagnosed and not from another location such as cooler lines, heater tubes, or case porosity. Please note that the transmission pan gasket is available for many of the 8 speed applications FCA offers. Please review the available quick connect and transfer tube parts, as replacement of the TMU may not be required. If a TOC line connection is found to be the source, the quick connect may need replacement. If the leak source is coming from the connection of the TMU to the transmission, the transfer tube may need replacement. When parts are returned to the QEC the retaining clips (snap ring) for the quick disconnect fittings are missing. (This leaves a question as to whether the clips were missing from the assembly plant, or the technician removed them in order to make line removal easier.) Please return the clips with the transmission heater and note if they were not there to begin with. For any questions regarding transmission heater, contact FCA Redacted Content. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
S17090000102023-01-09. Service bulletin. Customer complaints may include abnormal engine noise, rough idle, lack of power, misfire. Upon investigation, it may be found that there is excessive camshaft lobe wear/lifter wear (roller failure) on one or more cam lobes and that camshaft/lifter replacement is necessary.

T232022-10-24. Service bulletin. Customer Satisfaction Notification T23 ? EGR Valve Function The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) on about 415,000 of the above vehicles has software that may be operating the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve (EGR) with an aggressive seating velocity. An aggressive seating velocity may damage the EGR valve. As a result this condition may illuminate the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) and display a P0404 code. The PCM must be reprogrammed on all involved vehicles.
