Service bulletin 122-S7R6B-11
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
The customer observes a MIL. (Please note: Often, this failure mode is not accompanied by other unwanted behavior.) The technician confirms the MIL and notes P0C4700 is present in the high voltage battery. PCNA is aware of this issue. A bad ground has been found in a number of cases. The service recommendation is to check ground continuity and replace the electric water pump and the electric water pump relay, if necessary.
