Service bulletin GCUS-3-695
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
50210 - Service Update (revised population - message only). These vehicles may have a condition where the EBCM does not notify the driver through an ABS or Electronic Stability Control (ESC) telltale or set the appropriate diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) if an open flyback diode condition, or a shorted dump transistor condition, is detected. ABS isolation functionality is disabled by the EBCM on affected wheel(s), and a shorted dump transistor will disable dump control, without notification to the driver. Dealers will reprogram the electronic brake control module (EBCM).
