BTS-151101 V22021-05-14. Service bulletin. Replacement TCMs don’t come with trim data. After installation, you need to run a teach-in (hydraulic pressure characteristic calibration) procedure with the HDS. The problem is that A/T DTC P287C (transmission adaptive values not learned) is set, which prevents teach-in. This happens because the TCM is programmed to look for trim data any time the ignition is cycled. If the TCM doesn’t see that trim data, it sets A/T DTC P287C. If any DTCs are set, the TCM won’t initiate teach-in and, as a result, can’t learn the trim data. It’s a classic catch-22 situation.
SB-16-0122021-05-13. Service bulletin. BACKGROUND American Honda has made several shift quality improvements in the 2015 and 2016 TLX V6. SYMPTOM There is a sensation of acceleration while coasting down a hill. There is a sensation of a surge while braking. The transmission feels like it stays in gear too long. CORRECTIVE ACTION Update the TCM software. Clear all DTC’s created during the update and do the idle learn procedure. This software update will change the way the transmission shifts. After the update it may take up to 30 miles for the transmission to adapt to the client’s driving habits.
B19-0032020-12-09. Service bulletin. Service Bulletin - During a downshift from 9th or 8th gear to 7th gear or lower, a miscalculation in the TCM software causes the MIL to come on with DTC P0716 (input shaft [mainshaft] speed sensor [range/performance]).
B20-0152020-11-03. Service bulletin. Service Bulletin - The transmission has intermittent harsh or jerky upshifts with steady acceleration.

B15-0402020-09-16. Service bulletin. Service Bulletin - Under very specific driving conditions the customer may notice the 2-3 upshift is more pronounced (firmer) than the other shifts. The transmission is working properly and this does not indicate a problem. This is not a durability concern.
B20-0152020-09-04. Service bulletin. Service Bulletin - The transmission has intermittent harsh or jerky upshifts with steady acceleration.
B17-0102019-10-26. Service bulletin. Service Bulletin - Some 9-speed transmission warmers were improperly manufactured and allow the engine coolant and ATF to mix. If the fluids mix, the engine and transmission may be permanently damaged and require replacement. These vehicles previously had the transmission replaced because the transmission warmers leaked. In rare cases, these vehicles may have also overheated but because the issue was under investigation, a standard repair procedure hadn't been developed. Further action is needed before the vehicle is completely repaired.
