Service bulletin BJA50809
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Servicenews article - While running an all DTC check with the i-HDS, are you seeing DTC P0562 (battery condition monitor module power source circuit unexpected voltage) with no other DTCs listed, yet the MIL is off and there?s no apparent symptom? If so, chances are there?s nothing wrong with the vehicle. Just clear the DTC, and recheck by cycling the ignition three times.
