Service bulletin G-175492
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
11243A - Customer Satisfaction (revised expiration date). On certain 2011 model year Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana vehicles, two of the four bolts that attach the propshaft to the rear axle may not be fastened to the proper specification and may begin to loosen. This would result in an unusual noise and/or vibration. If the bolts continue to loosen and the propshaft separates from the rear axle, the power to the wheels will no longer be delivered. The engine will continue to run and power braking and steering will not be affected.

If the engine starts front cover will need to be removed to inspect for a sheared cam sprocket locator pin. If the cam sprocket locator pin has sheared, replace the engine assembly. If the engine does not start with the Camshaft Position sensor disconnected the follow published “Engine Cranks But Does Not Run” diagnosis in Service Information. Also perform an Engine Compression Test and Cylinder Leakage Test in Service Information documents all results. If the Service Information procedures above isolate an engine mechanical concern then removed to inspect for a sheared cam sprocket locator pin.
