Service bulletin PIP5295A
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Technician will not replace the transmission or the transmission cooler. Technician will not recommend flushing the transmission or transmission cooler based only on the appearance of the transmission fluid. If the transmission is operating as designed (no noise or vibration from the transmission when operated, no debris is found in the fluid the transmission, etc.) but there is a Diagnostic Trouble Code found, follow current Service Information diagnostic procedure or continue with diagnosis of the concern.
