WARRANTY CLAIMS FOR THIS ACTIVITY ARE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDING AND WILL INDICATE THE OPERATION CODES FOR QX56 TIMING CHAIN REPAIRS ARE NOT VALID. INFINITI IS CURRENTLY REVISING THE FLAT RATE TIMES FOR THIS CAMPAIGN. INFINITI EXPECTS TO HAVE THE STUDY COMPLETED THE WEEK OF JULY 4TH, AND WILL ISSUE A COMMUNICATION WHEN QX56 CLAIMS SUBMISSION CAN RESUME. INFINITI REQUESTS RETAILERS REFRAIN FROM SUBMITTING QX56 CLAIMS UNTIL AFTER NEXT WEEK’S ANNOUNCEMENT TO AVOID DELAYS IN PROCESSING. INFINITI EXPECTS TO ADDRESS THE REVISED FLAT RATE TIME AND HOW PREVIOUSLY PAID CLAIMS WILL BE ADJUSTED, IF APPLICABLE, IN NEXT WEEK’S ANNOUNCEMENT.

ITB11021B	2021-05-10. Service bulletin. SERVICE INFORMATION Temporary tire Flat Spotting is common on New Dealer In-Stock vehicles that have not been occasionally moved. Flat Spotting can occur after the vehicle has been parked (not moved) for a few days, or longer. In most cases it is temporary. In extreme cases it can be permanent. Vehicles should be moved every 30 days, in one direction only, enough to rotate the tires 90° (see Figure 1). Moving vehicles as shown in this bulletin will prevent tire Flat Spotting. ITB09041A	2021-05-10. Service bulletin. IF YOU CONFIRM A refrigerant leak at a refrigerant pipe/hose joint location, ACTIONS 1. Inspect the metal surfaces of the pipe/hose joint for damage or contamination. NOTE: Do not replace a refrigerant pipe, hose, or other A/C component if an o-ring seal will solve the leak incident, if it should occur. 2.
