ISSUE STILL PRESENT AFTER ALL TROUBLESHOOTING INSTRUCTIONS WERE FOLLOWED ~ PRIOR TO REPLACING THE BCM, CHECK IF RELAYS IN THE PDC ARE SEATED PROPERLY, BUT DO NOT REPLACE RELAYS AS NO ISSUES WERE FOUND WITH THE RELAYS IN THE PAST.~ TAKE VEHICLE SCAN AND BUS LOG WITH THE VEHICLE IN RUN AND EMAIL TO ANDREW KRAVETS: ANDREW.KRAVETS@FCAGROUP.COM BEFORE REPLACING THE BCM. ~ PLEASE INCLUDE A DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIONS TAKEN DURING TROUBLESHOOTING.~"
