THIS PRELIMINARY INFORMATION COMMUNICATION ADVISES THE TECHNICIAN ON THE STEPS TO DIAGNOSE AND CORRECT THE CONCERN OF A CUSTOMER THAT STATES THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO SELECT DELAYED OR DELAYED/RATE BASED CHARGING. THEY WILL ALSO STATE THAT THE BUTTONS THAT SHOW UP ON THE ENERGY SCREEN ARE GREYED OUT. INSTRUCTIONS ON PROPERLY SETTING UP LOCATION BASED CHARGING IN THE VEHICLE'S INSTRUMENT PANEL CENTER STACK ARE PROVIDED.
