It also involves the cleaning or replacement of the Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor 1/2 and/or Catalyst Temperature Sensor if necessary depending on Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) that may have set. A small number of customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination.
