SERVICE INFORMATION Whenever a turbocharger on an Applied Vehicle is replaced for any reason, always replace with the part listed below: Oil Supply/Inlet Tube (TUBE-TURBOCHARGER OIL FEED)* * This is the steel tube that feeds oil from the engine front to the turbocharger housing. Always replace this part on either of the Turbocharger configurations available on the Juke.
NTB14030D	2021-05-10. Service bulletin. INTRODUCTION Nissan is conducting this Voluntary Service Campaign to replace the engine timing chain on certain specific 2011- 2013 Juke vehicles. This service will be performed at no charge for parts or labor. IDENTIFICATION NUMBER Nissan has assigned identification number P4213 to this campaign. NTB15055	2021-05-10. Service bulletin. SERVICE INFORMATION After ECM reprogramming, the Calibration Verification Number (CVN) needs to be automatically calculated prior to State emissions testing (also known as Inspection Maintainence, I/M, or SMOG testing depending upon location). Allowing the vehicle to idle for 22 minutes will allow for faster CVN calculation. It is recommended that customers utilize this method if the vehicle needs to be tested for emissions soon after ECM reprogramming. See this bulletin for further detail.
NTB14109	2021-05-10. Service bulletin. SERVICE INFORMATION Starting with 2010 Model Year, Nissan vehicles have been gradually incorporating a new type of DTC known as Permanent DTC or P-DTC. If a vehicle is equipped with P-DTCs, all emission related DTCs will also set a P-DTC if the MIL is turned ON. A listing of which DTCs that will also set a P-DTC is found in the DTC Index in the EC-Engine Control section of the Electronic Service Manual (ESM). If a DTC repair is performed and the DTC erased, a vehicle may fail an Emission Inspection and Maintenance test if the P-DTC is not also erased. See this bulletin for further detail.
P4213D	2021-05-10. Service bulletin. We were temporarily using an alternate part (13094-31U00) as a substitute to fill VOR & CSC part backorders.
P4213C	2021-05-10. Service bulletin. Due to the damage of the Slack Guide Bolt (13094-EN200) during the removal procedure and the unforeseen part demand for the campaign, the slack guide bolt has been on backorder the last two weeks. Nissan will use part 13094-31U00 (Slack Guide Bolt-Alternative) as a temporary alternative to fill all VOR and CSC part backorders, which will arrive by Friday, 5/23 via FedEx.
