IF YOU CONFIRM Cylinder Misfire DTC (P0300 through P0306) is stored in the ECM and one or more of the ignition coils is blistered (outer surface is deformed/melted), ACTIONS 1. Replace the steering member mounting bolt on the RH side of the IP. 2. Clean engine harness grounds. 3. Replace both negative battery cables. 4. Remove and inspect all 6 ignition coils for damage. 5. In the revised procedures, the two front passenger air bag module fixing nuts can be re-used during installation. NOTE - The front passenger air bag module fixing bolt must be replaced after removal. Please use the updated service information hyperlinked in this bulletin if you need to service the front passenger air bag module for any reason.
