If this error is present, the SCCM will not complete PMI and may store diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) U2100 and/or U2101 in the SCCM. This may be due to a concern with the compatibility of the software with a hardware change in the SCCM. To correct the condition, download and run the \"SCCM - Steering Column Control Module (SCCM) Configuration\" application in the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). Inform customers that although the PMI is incomplete, there is no affect on vehicle performance. Customers can continue to drive the vehicle. To make sure the vehicle correctly receives the latest SCCM software, engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected in late Q3 2025. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the software becomes available.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11020888-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11020888-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/11020888"},{"nhtsa_id":11016915,"type":"service_bulletin","type_name":"Service bulletin","date_added":"2025-04-09","date":"2025-04-04","document_id":"SSM 53569","mfr_campaign":null,"component":"UNKNOWN OR OTHER","summary":"Some 2021-2025 Ford and Lincoln vehicles may exhibit diagnostic trouble code (DTCs) U2100 and/or U3002 stored in the cruise control module (CCM), side obstacle detection control module LH (SODL), side obstacle detection control module RH (SODR), side obstacle detection control module C (SODCMC) and/or side obstacle detection control module D (SODCMD) after a module replacement.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11016915-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11016915-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/11016915"},{"nhtsa_id":11008698,"type":"service_bulletin","type_name":"Service bulletin","date_added":"2024-10-08","date":"2024-10-04","document_id":"SSM 53018","mfr_campaign":null,"component":"UNKNOWN OR OTHER","summary":"Some 2021-2024 Ford and Lincoln vehicles may exhibit diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) U2100 and/or U3002 stored in the cruise control module (CCM), side obstacle detection control module LH (SODL), side obstacle detection control module RH (SODR), side obstacle detection control module C (SODCMC) and/or side obstacle detection control module D (SODCMD) after a module replacement.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2024/MC-11008698-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2024/MC-11008698-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/11008698"},{"nhtsa_id":10243479,"type":"service_bulletin","type_name":"Service bulletin","date_added":"2023-10-04","date":"2023-09-04","document_id":"SSM 51903","mfr_campaign":null,"component":"ELECTRICAL SYSTEM","summary":"Some 2021-2023 Ford and Lincoln vehicles may exhibit DTCs U2100 and/or U3002 stored in the cruise control module (CCM), side obstacle detection control module LH (SODL), side obstacle detection control module RH (SODR), side obstacle detection control module C (SODCMC) and/or side obstacle detection control module D (SODCMD) after a module replacement.
