This concern most likely occurs during the following situations: When the vehicle is turning in reverse, right after starting the engine. When the vehicle is going over a bump or a curb, right after starting the engine. This concern may be caused when the DSC HU/CM performs the steering center position calibration. During the learning process, if a shock is applied to the vehicle by a bump or curb etc., the steering center position may not be properly detected and creates a steering center position error.
