If both roof locking motors fail, the softtop could open while the car is in motion.  Correction:  Dealers will replace both roof locking motors.  The new electric motors have a stronger gear mechanism, which locks the roof into the closed position.  Also, a new sensor system within the motor assembly provides an improved control signal to the instrument cluster if the roof is not properly closed when the driver drives off.","mfr_campaign":"A502","units":386,"do_not_drive":null,"park_outside":null,"notification":"Safety Mfr","match":"base","models":["911 CARRERA"],"built_from":null,"built_to":null,"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/recalls/tc/2004449"}],"lookup":{"nhtsa":"https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls","tc":"https://wwwapps.tc.gc.ca/Saf-Sec-Sur/7/VRDB-BDRV/search-recherche/menu.aspx?lang=eng","maker":null},"attribution":["Contains information licensed under the Open Government Licence – Canada."]}
