If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels. In addition, the PARK position may not hold the vehicle in place. This could allow the vehicle to move unexpectedly when parked.\nNote: This is an expansion of recall W47 (Transport Canada recall 2020-261).\n\nSafety Risk:\nA vehicle that loses power to the wheels or moves unexpectedly could increase the risk of a crash.\n\nCorrective Actions:\nFCA will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to update the software for the power transfer unit. This update will maintain vehicle propulsion by engaging rear wheels if the input splines fail. Cette mise à jour assurera le maintien de la propulsion du véhicule en faisant tourner les roues arrière si les cannelures d'entrée font défaut.
