As a result, the internal temperature of the ignition coils may increase. This could cause a short circuit and a blown fuse. Vehicles that were repaired under that recall also require this repair.\n\nSafety Risk:\nA sudden loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash.\n\nCorrective Actions:\nSubaru will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to reprogram the ECM if necessary, and replace the ignition coils.
