This could cause the hazard lamps to not function, which would result in not being able to clearly signal a stopped, disabled or slowly moving vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will extend the wiring length by installing a replacement electrical block connector and fly lead onto the right-hand switch cube sub-harness. Note: Turn signal function would not be affected by this condition.","consequence":null,"remedy":null,"notes":null,"mfr_campaign":"SB549","part_number":null,"units":95,"completion":null,"do_not_drive":null,"park_outside":null,"notification":"Safety Mfr","french":{"component":"Feux et instruments","notification":"Sécurité - fabricant","summary":"Le câblage des feux de détresse de certaines motocyclettes pourrait être endommagé pendant la conduite normale, ce qui pourrait nuire au fonctionnement des feux et empêcher de pouvoir indiquer que le véhicule est arrêté, en panne ou qu'il se déplace lentement, augmentant ainsi les risques d'accident pouvant entraîner des blessures ou des dommages matériels (ou les deux). Mesure corrective : Les concessionnaires devront rallonger le câblage en remplaçant le raccord électrique enfichable sur le faisceau de câblage secondaire relié au module de commande de droite.
