Under hard braking, drops of engine oil may be deposited on the exhaust manifold.  If the manifold is hot enough and the oil runs below the heat shield, it may ignite into a small flame and, in some instances, the fire may spread to the plastic spark plug wire channel and beyond.  An under-hood fire could result in injury and/or property damage.  Correction: Dealers will replace the engine’s front valve cover and front-valve-cover gasket with new parts. The engine’s plastic “beauty” cover and plastic oil-fill-tube extension will also be removed, if they haven’t been already. Note: This recall supersedes and is an expansion of recalls 2008-081, 2009-105 and 2015-145. En cas de freinage brusque, des gouttes d'huile moteur pourraient tomber sur le collecteur d'échappement. Si le collecteur est assez chaud et que de l'huile s'écoule sous le protecteur thermique, l'huile pourrait prendre feu et, dans certains cas, les flammes pourraient se propager jusqu'au canal de câble de bougie d'allumage en plastique et plus loin. Un feu sous le capot pourrait entraîner des blessures ou des dommages matériels (ou les deux). Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer le couvercle de soupape avant du moteur et le joint d'étanchéité du couvercle de soupape avant par des pièces neuves. De plus, le couvercle esthétique en plastique du moteur et la rallonge de tube de remplissage d'huile en plastique devront être retirés, s'ils n'ont pas déjà été retirés. Remarque : Le présent rappel remplace les rappels 2008-081, 2009-105 et 2015-145 et s'ajoute à ceux-ci.
