This would result in a loss of power steering assist and hydraulic assist brakes, unexpectedly increasing steering and brake pedal effort and potentially increasing stopping distances and the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property.  Correction: Dealers will inspect the clamps to ensure they are properly attached.
