As a result, the extension cord could overheat, which may melt the oil pan heater plug and/or block heater plug (if equipped). This could result in a fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and clean the oil pan heater plug and the engine block heater plug (if equipped). Heat damaged plugs will be replaced. In addition, dealers will replace the extension cord and advise owners to store the cord indoors when not in use.","consequence":null,"remedy":null,"notes":null,"mfr_campaign":"DET-13-106","part_number":null,"units":743,"completion":null,"do_not_drive":null,"park_outside":null,"notification":"Safety Mfr","french":{"component":"Circuit électrique","notification":"Sécurité - fabricant","summary":"Sur certains véhicules munis d'un chauffe-carter, au fil du temps, de la poussière, des saletés et de l'humidité peuvent s'accumuler au point de contact entre le cordon du chauffe-carter et la rallonge électrique.
