As a result, the hook pin bracket could remain in the up (cab closed) position when the cab latch is unlocked.  With the hook pin bracket in the up position, the cab tilt lock switch remains closed, improperly indicating that the cab latch is locked.  In the worst case, if the cab latch is unlocked for any reason, the instrument panel cab lock indicator will not notify the driver that the cab tilt lock mechanism is in the unlocked position.  Correction:  Dealers will replace the rebound cushion and adjust the tilt lock switch and bottom bracket.","consequence":null,"remedy":null,"notes":null,"mfr_campaign":"S3026120","part_number":null,"units":83,"completion":null,"do_not_drive":null,"park_outside":null,"notification":"Safety Mfr","french":{"component":"Autres","notification":"Sécurité - fabricant","summary":"Sur certains véhicules, le coussin de rebondissement du système de verrouillage à bascule de la cabine pourrait se coincer contre le support de la penture du crochet. En conséquence, le support de la tige du crochet pourrait demeurer en position supérieure (cabine fermée) lorsque le loquet de la cabine est déverrouillé. Avec le support de la tige du crochet en position supérieure, l'interrupteur de verrouillage de basculement de la cabine demeure fermé, indiquant à tort que le loquet de la cabine est verrouillé. Dans le pire des cas, si le loquet de la cabine est déverrouillé pour quelque raison que ce soit, l'indicateur de verrouillage de la cabine se trouvant sur le tableau de bord n'avertira pas le conducteur que le mécanisme de verrouillage à basculement de la cabine est déverrouillé. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer le coussin de rebondissement et régler l'interrupteur de verrouillage à basculement et le support inférieur."},"vehicles":[{"year":1996,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FK617","vehicle_id":"1996_mitsubishi-fuso_fk617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":1997,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FK617","vehicle_id":"1997_mitsubishi-fuso_fk617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":1998,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FK617","vehicle_id":"1998_mitsubishi-fuso_fk617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":1999,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FK617","vehicle_id":"1999_mitsubishi-fuso_fk617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":2000,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FK617","vehicle_id":"2000_mitsubishi-fuso_fk617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":2001,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FK617","vehicle_id":"2001_mitsubishi-fuso_fk617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":2002,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FK617","vehicle_id":"2002_mitsubishi-fuso_fk617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":2003,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FK617","vehicle_id":"2003_mitsubishi-fuso_fk617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":2004,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FK617","vehicle_id":"2004_mitsubishi-fuso_fk617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":1996,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM617","vehicle_id":"1996_mitsubishi-fuso_fm617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":1997,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM617","vehicle_id":"1997_mitsubishi-fuso_fm617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":1998,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM617","vehicle_id":"1998_mitsubishi-fuso_fm617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":1999,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM617","vehicle_id":"1999_mitsubishi-fuso_fm617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":2000,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM617","vehicle_id":"2000_mitsubishi-fuso_fm617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":2001,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM617","vehicle_id":"2001_mitsubishi-fuso_fm617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":2002,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM617","vehicle_id":"2002_mitsubishi-fuso_fm617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":2003,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM617","vehicle_id":"2003_mitsubishi-fuso_fm617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":2004,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM617","vehicle_id":"2004_mitsubishi-fuso_fm617","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":1996,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM657","vehicle_id":"1996_mitsubishi-fuso_fm657","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":1997,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM657","vehicle_id":"1997_mitsubishi-fuso_fm657","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":1998,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM657","vehicle_id":"1998_mitsubishi-fuso_fm657","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":1999,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM657","vehicle_id":"1999_mitsubishi-fuso_fm657","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":2000,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM657","vehicle_id":"2000_mitsubishi-fuso_fm657","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":2001,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM657","vehicle_id":"2001_mitsubishi-fuso_fm657","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":2002,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM657","vehicle_id":"2002_mitsubishi-fuso_fm657","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":2003,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM657","vehicle_id":"2003_mitsubishi-fuso_fm657","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null},{"year":2004,"make":"MITSUBISHI FUSO","model":"FM657","vehicle_id":"2004_mitsubishi-fuso_fm657","match":"exact","built_from":null,"built_to":null}],"may_apply":true,"as_of":"2026-10-19","lookup":{"nhtsa":"https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls","tc":"https://wwwapps.tc.gc.ca/Saf-Sec-Sur/7/VRDB-BDRV/search-recherche/menu.aspx?lang=eng","maker":null},"attribution":["Contains information licensed under the Open Government Licence – Canada."],"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/recalls/tc/2004322"}
