An improper seal between the transmission case and left-side crankcase may allow transmission fluid to leak.","consequence":"A transmission fluid leak can cause the driveshaft bearings to fail, causing a sudden loss of drive power and increasing the risk of a crash.","remedy":"Dealers will inspect and repair the transmission case as necessary, free of charge.  Owner notification letters were mailed December 30, 2024.  Owners may contact Honda customer service at 1-866-784-1870.
