An incorrect seat belt bezel on the second-row center seat belt may damage or tear the seat belt in the event of a crash.","consequence":"A torn or damaged seat belt may not properly restrain an occupant in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.","remedy":"Do not allow passengers to sit in the second-row center seat until remedied.
