The front passenger seat back frame may not have been welded properly, which can cause the seat back position to fail in the event of a crash.  As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 207, \"Seating Systems\" and 201, \"Occupant Protection in Interior Impact.\"","consequence":"A seat back position that fails may not adequately restrain the occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.","remedy":"Dealers will replace the front passenger seat back frame assembly, free of charge.
