The steering shaft pinch bolt may not have been properly tightened, allowing the steering shaft to separate from the steering gear.","consequence":"Steering shaft separation may cause a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash.","remedy":"Dealers will inspect and replace the pinch bolt as necessary, free of charge.  Owner notification letters were mailed on February 28, 2022.  Owners may contact DTNA customer service at 1-800-547-0712.
