The affected vehicles were manufactured without Anti-lock Brake Systems.  As such, these vehicles fail to meet the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 121, \"Air Brake Systems.\"","consequence":"When not equipped with ABS, the affected vehicles have a greater chance of wheel lock up when braking, increasing the risk of a crash.","remedy":"DTNA will notify owners, and dealers will install an Anti-lock Brake System, free of charge.  The recall began on October 28, 2014.  Owners may contact DTNA customer service at 1-800-745-8000.
