If a vehicle exhibits this condition, this may be due to an incorrect configuration programmed to the ABS module during an attempt to change tire size.

The Ford Performance ProCal 4 tool is the only approved tool that can be used for properly adjusting the tire size calibration. Vehicles originally equipped with 30-inch tires that are being upfit with 35-inch tires should be set to 615 revolutions per mile in the Ford Performance ProCal 4 tool under Diagnostics and Tools > Tire/Gear Adjust. Any other concerns related to tire size calibration that exhibit this condition, contact the Ford Performance Techline as outlined in the Ford Performance ProCal 4 tool instructions.

This limitation in tire size calibration is due to the software in the ABS module.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2026/MC-11032920-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2026/MC-11032920-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/11032920","components":[{"id":"brakes","name":"Brakes","parent":null},{"id":"driver-assistance","name":"Driver assistance","parent":null},{"id":"adaptive-cruise","name":"Adaptive cruise control","parent":"driver-assistance"}],"codes":["U0422"],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"FORD","model":"BRONCO","year_from":2025,"year_to":2026,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2025_ford_bronco","2026_ford_bronco"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
