Remedy Contribution to cause analysis: • Print the attached document “Panoramic Roof Customer Questionnaire.” • Complete the questionnaire together with the customer. • Open a TIPS case and attach the completed questionnaire. • Submit the TIPS case to the Body / Chassis / Entertainment inbox.
