At low SOC, this may also result in a reduction of vehicle power with a turtle light displayed in the cluster. This concern may occur if the vehicle has not been charged to 100% for an extended period of time as this leads to an inaccurate displayed SOC. Advise customers to charge their vehicle to 100% at least once per month to reset the SOC measurement or more often if the condition persists. To confirm a vehicle is built with a certain minor feature code, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS).","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11024894-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11024894-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/11024894","components":[{"id":"fuel-system","name":"Fuel system","parent":null}],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"FORD","model":"MUSTANG MACH E","year_from":2023,"year_to":2025,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2023_ford_mustang-mach-e","2024_ford_mustang-mach-e","2025_ford_mustang-mach-e"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
