On certain motorcycles, water could enter the throttle (e-throttle) control unit and cause it to fail. A loss of engine power increases the risk of a crash. To ensure the highest level of safety, performance, reliability and customer satisfaction, it is necessary to replace the e-throttle assembly on all affected motorcycles.
