MBUSA will conduct an OTA service campaign. The instrument cluster will receive an OTA software update that increases the robustness and system stability for the instrument cluster as well as the head-up display. Additionally, the software update allows for the “Automatic Lane Change” function to be installed via a subsequent software update and modifies the acoustic warning of the “Traffic Sign Assist” function. Remote software updates are automatically downloaded and installed in the customer’s vehicle free of charge and do not require a dealer visit.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11020674-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11020674-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/11020674","components":[{"id":"electrical","name":"Electrical system","parent":null}],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"AMG C43","year_from":2021,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"AMG C63 S E","year_from":2024,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"AMG EQE","year_from":2023,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"AMG EQS","year_from":2022,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"AMG GLC43","year_from":2021,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"AMG S 63 E 4MATIC+","year_from":2023,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"AMG SL43","year_from":2022,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"AMG SL55","year_from":2022,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"AMG SL63","year_from":2022,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"AMG SL63 S E","year_from":2024,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"C 300","year_from":2021,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQE 350 4MATIC","year_from":2023,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQE 350+","year_from":2023,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQE 500 4MATIC","year_from":2023,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQS 450 4MATIC","year_from":2023,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQS 450+","year_from":2022,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQS 580 4MATIC","year_from":2022,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQS SUV 450 4MATIC","year_from":2023,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQS SUV 450+","year_from":2023,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQS SUV 580 4MATIC","year_from":2023,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"GLC 300","year_from":2021,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"GLC 300 4MATIC","year_from":2023,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"GLC 350 E","year_from":2021,"year_to":2021,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"S 500 4MATIC","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"S 580 4MATIC","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"S 580 E 4MATIC","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-MAYBACH","model":"EQS SUV 680 4MATIC","year_from":2024,"year_to":2024,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-MAYBACH","model":"S 680 4MATIC","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
