The driveline torsional harmonics/vibrations are incorrectly identified by the misfire monitor as an engine misfire. Perform standard road force wheel balancing of all four tire and wheel assemblies and retest. If the condition continues to occur, replace the ring and pinion gearset in the rear axle.
