Through the direct support of professional technicians, the Aftersales Tutorship Team with the supervision of the HQ Blue on Line Team will be able to carry out detailed diagnosis on reports coming from the network. If an intervention on a component under Tutorship is needed (see Tutorship List attached), you will have to create a Blue on Line as a Support Request. It’s important that you accurately follow the instructions that you will receive and do not replace a component without authorization.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11015792-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11015792-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/11015792","components":[],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"MASERATI","model":"GHIBLI","year_from":2021,"year_to":2024,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2021_maserati_ghibli","2022_maserati_ghibli","2023_maserati_ghibli","2024_maserati_ghibli"]},{"make":"MASERATI","model":"GRANCABRIO","year_from":2024,"year_to":2025,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2024_maserati_grancabrio","2025_maserati_grancabrio"]},{"make":"MASERATI","model":"GRANCABRIO FOLGORE","year_from":2025,"year_to":2025,"match":"base","vehicle_ids":["2025_maserati_grancabrio"]},{"make":"MASERATI","model":"GRANTURISMO","year_from":2024,"year_to":2025,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2024_maserati_granturismo","2025_maserati_granturismo"]},{"make":"MASERATI","model":"GRANTURISMO FOLGORE","year_from":2025,"year_to":2025,"match":"base","vehicle_ids":["2025_maserati_granturismo"]},{"make":"MASERATI","model":"GRECALE","year_from":2023,"year_to":2025,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2023_maserati_grecale","2024_maserati_grecale","2025_maserati_grecale"]},{"make":"MASERATI","model":"GRECALE FOLGORE","year_from":2025,"year_to":2025,"match":"base","vehicle_ids":["2025_maserati_grecale"]},{"make":"MASERATI","model":"MC20","year_from":2021,"year_to":2021,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MASERATI","model":"MC20","year_from":2022,"year_to":2025,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2022_maserati_mc20","2023_maserati_mc20","2024_maserati_mc20","2025_maserati_mc20"]},{"make":"MASERATI","model":"MC20 CIELO","year_from":2023,"year_to":2025,"match":"base","vehicle_ids":["2023_maserati_mc20","2024_maserati_mc20","2025_maserati_mc20"]},{"make":"MASERATI","model":"NUOVA GRANCABRIO","year_from":2024,"year_to":2025,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MASERATI","model":"NUOVA GRANTURISMO","year_from":2024,"year_to":2025,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MASERATI","model":"QUATTROPORTE","year_from":2021,"year_to":2024,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2021_maserati_quattroporte","2022_maserati_quattroporte","2023_maserati_quattroporte","2024_maserati_quattroporte"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
