The Engine Control Module (ECM) may not properly diagnose, may not set Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) or may not illuminate the Malfunction Indicator Light (Check Engine Light) if certain fault conditions of the catalytic converter were to occur. General Motors will update the software in the vehicles’ Engine Control Module (ECM) to correct the condition. If available, owners who have accepted applicable terms and conditions will have the opportunity to accept these software changes using wireless over-the-air (OTA) technology without having to bring their vehicle to a dealership. Alternatively, owners may have their vehicle serviced at a GM dealer to receive these software updates.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11015535-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11015535-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/11015535","components":[],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"CADILLAC","model":"CT4","year_from":2021,"year_to":2021,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2021_cadillac_ct4"]},{"make":"CADILLAC","model":"CT5","year_from":2021,"year_to":2021,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2021_cadillac_ct5"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
