These wires should be wrapped in a black protective “snakeskin” covering (see picture). Step 2: Locate the controller on the fire suppression extinguisher bottle and find the gray wire with the blunt cut end (see picture). Step 3: Strip this covering back to expose the red, white, and black wires (see picture). Step 4: Bend white wire back and tape off – it is not used (see picture). Step 5: Strip red and black wires and connect each one separately to a purple wire with butt connectors. It may be necessary to remove some of the extra purple wiring to provide the best fit within the harness. Step 6: When complete the wires should look like this (see picture). Step 7: If these instructions are followed correctly the engine shutdown will be in place (see schematic picture).","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11013773-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11013773-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/11013773","components":[{"id":"electrical","name":"Electrical system","parent":null}],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"ARBOC","model":"SPIRIT OF FREEDOM","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2023_arboc_spirit-of-freedom"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
