Please follow the next steps to corroborate if the Headlamp Switch is malfunctioning: 1.- Please disconnect and reconnect the headlamp Switch. And verify if the issue is corrected. 2.- Review the internal resistance of the switch: a.- For the Right Dimmer (IP) between Pins 6 & 3. The value should be around 5.74 KOhms, when in the lowest position to 311 ohms in the top position (Parade Detent). b.- For the left Dimmer (Ambient Light) between pins 8 & 3. The value should be around 14.52 KOhms, when in the lowest position to 182 ohms in the top position. If a problem is found in the resistor values. Please replace the Switch.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11013232-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11013232-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/11013232","components":[{"id":"electrical","name":"Electrical system","parent":null}],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"RAM","model":"1500","year_from":2019,"year_to":2025,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2019_ram_1500","2020_ram_1500","2021_ram_1500","2022_ram_1500","2023_ram_1500","2024_ram_1500","2025_ram_1500"]},{"make":"RAM","model":"2500","year_from":2019,"year_to":2025,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2019_ram_2500","2020_ram_2500","2021_ram_2500","2022_ram_2500","2023_ram_2500","2024_ram_2500","2025_ram_2500"]},{"make":"RAM","model":"3500","year_from":2019,"year_to":2025,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2019_ram_3500","2020_ram_3500","2021_ram_3500","2022_ram_3500","2023_ram_3500","2024_ram_3500","2025_ram_3500"]},{"make":"RAM","model":"4500","year_from":2019,"year_to":2025,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2019_ram_4500","2020_ram_4500","2021_ram_4500","2022_ram_4500","2023_ram_4500","2024_ram_4500","2025_ram_4500"]},{"make":"RAM","model":"5500","year_from":2019,"year_to":2025,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2019_ram_5500","2020_ram_5500","2021_ram_5500","2022_ram_5500","2023_ram_5500","2024_ram_5500","2025_ram_5500"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
